Our live phone lead program starts with custom-targeted homeowner data which is loaded into our web-based predictive dialer. Our dialing system requires no special hardware or software to use.

Once your account is set up your loan officers simply log into our web-based predictive dialer and immediately start taking calls. Each live connection is only 99¢ regardless of talk time.

Our predictive dialer saves time by bypassing busy signals and disconnects. Dialing with our system is far more time efficient than manually dialing which gives you more time to talk with mortgage prospects and less time wrestling with phone systems.

As with any sales lead we cannot guarantee that you will connect with a decision maker on the first call. However our call reports will give your loan officers unlimited opportunity to make followup calls and retry calls where messages were left on answering machines.

:   How it Works

When your campaign is set up, you will be given a login and campaign passcode that you can distribute to your loan officers. This passcode is required each time a loan officer logs into our system (once per calling section.)

When login information is submitted, our system will call the loan officer at the phone number they indicated. A recorded voice will give an ID number for the session which is then entered and submitted.

Our system will then start dialing and connect live calls. The loan officer does not hang up between calls, but stays on for the duration of the session, which they can end at any time.

When a call is connected, full lead data, including name, property and loan information will be displayed on their moniter. When the call is complete, the call can be dispositioned and optionally comments can be added that will become part of the record of that lead. The loan officer can then choose to be connected to a new prospect.

:   Wait Time Between Calls

The wait time between calls is primarily a factor of the number of loan officers using the system at the same time. Because our system offers predictive dialing, the more loan officers that are logged in at the same time, the less wait time there will be between calls. There is no minimum or maximum limit to the number of loan officers that can be logged in simultaneously.

:   A Live Phone Lead and a Data Lead

Our program includes both live phone leads and data leads for follow up calls or mailings. Our reporting feature offers full lead data (contact, property, and loan information) along with the name of the loan officer who spoke with the prospect, duration of the call, disposition, and notes entered by the loan officer.

:   Accurate Calling Data Guaranteed

We acquire the most accurate homeowner data available and guarantee contact information is accurate and that loan information fairly represents the homeowner's current situation. Since certain parameters, such as current home value, LTV, etc, are in constant flux, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy with respect to this variable data.

We offer lead credits for any leads where contact information is incorrect (bad phone number) or loan information is materially inaccurate.
